Common questions

I bought a character on my old phone — how do I get it on my new one?
Open WSPuffer on your new phone, tap Restore Purchases on the start screen, and make sure you're signed into the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to buy it. The character will unlock again — there's no extra charge.
I was charged but my character isn't unlocked
First, force-quit the app and reopen it — purchases sometimes take a few seconds to register. If it's still locked, tap Restore Purchases. If neither works, email us with your receipt (or the Apple "Your receipt from Apple" email) and we'll sort it.
How do I refund a purchase?
All payments are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them directly: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find WSPuffer in your purchase history, and request a refund. Apple usually responds within 48 hours.
The game crashes on launch
Try restarting your phone first — that fixes ~80% of WebView-related crashes. If it still crashes, please email us the iOS version and your device model. Including a screenshot of the crash report from Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Analytics Data → WSPuffer is very helpful.
Is there a Highscore leaderboard?
Not currently. Your best score is stored on your device only. We may add Game Center leaderboards in a future update.
Do you collect any data about me?
No. WSPuffer has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no third-party trackers. Everything is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my data?
You have two options:
1. In-app — tap Erase My Data on the start screen. It wipes your best score, owned characters, selected character, and sound setting instantly.
2. Delete the app — uninstalling WSPuffer removes its entire local storage. There is no server-side account to delete because we don't have accounts. Apple holds your purchase history separately; Restore Purchases brings paid characters back if you reinstall.
Sound is muted but my phone isn't
Tap the speaker icon in the top-right corner of the game to toggle sound. Your preference is saved and persists across launches.

Reporting a bug

When you write in, including these helps us fix things fast:

• Device model (iPhone 15 Pro, etc.)
• iOS version (Settings → General → About → Software Version)
• App version (visible at the bottom of the App Store listing)
• What you were doing when it broke
• Screenshot or screen recording if you can
