Privacy Policy

WSPuffer ("the App") is developed by Wyrick Studios. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App handles.

Data we don't collect

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information. The App has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers.

Gameplay state — best score, owned characters, selected character, and sound preference — is stored only on your device using local browser storage (the iOS WebKit local storage sandbox). It is not sent anywhere.

In-app purchases

The App offers optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases of cosmetic characters. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store. We do not see or store your payment details. Information you provide to Apple is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Deleting your data

Because everything is stored locally on your device, you can delete all of your WSPuffer data at any time in two ways:

1. In-app: tap Erase My Data on the start screen. This immediately wipes your best score, owned characters, selected character, and sound preference.

2. Delete the app: uninstalling WSPuffer removes its entire local storage sandbox from your device.

WSPuffer does not have an account system, so there is no server-side data to delete. Purchases made via Apple's App Store are managed by Apple and can be restored on the same Apple ID using Restore Purchases.

Children

The App does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children. The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
